I was very upset with this product and company response. They kept saying it shipped.
I kept saying it never came. Meanwhile weeks of school go by with no book. Finally am told
book is not a book. Got book promptly somewhere else and was refunded for this
$140. disaster
described by seller as new new sealed underlined and exclamation mark. was not completely sealed but i don't think it was used. my daughter ended up dropping out of the class so she didn't touch it. i resold it on did not put in description that it was sealed. buyer is returning it because they failed to read that it was an access card and not a book. i need to resell again! maybe i can have give me a credit if i sell it to them. i would definitely refund whoever if it does turn out that it was used but it wasn't completely open just not completely sealed as described which i don't think was fair and honest!

Hate getting physical books and this let me get access to the online book. Been using this book with my tablet and so far so good )
The card was not used before, however I did not know and I did not see anywhere on the page that this card ONLY works with that exact edition of the text book. It does not work with the tenth edition of the textbook. This was frustrating because I bought this only to have to pay again for the correct edition.
